Contact the Calquin Brothers

"Leo and his brother were extremely professional and came prepared with knowledge they got our home to go under contract in under a week with a bigger offer then expected my fiancée and I were expecting 60 days or so. They guided us through a stressful process and made it easy."

"We worked with Luis Calquin as our real estate agent for our first home purchase and we couldn't be happier with the service we received from him! He was very attentive to learning what things we liked and wanted out of our home purchase as we saw different places. He also did a great job of helping us understand what we could do with our budget and how to make the most of it when it came time to make an offer, as well as during any negotiations after we found a home we loved. With Luis and everyone at Utah Life, the whole home buying process went very smoothly and we were very happy with the sale. (The home warranty they negotiated for us in the sale has also been fantastic and we've had zero issues when we needed to use it for an AC replacement.) We never once felt pressured and are so glad we had such a fantastic team for our first home purchase. We would gladly recommend Luis and Utah Life Real Estate."

"Our experience with the Calquin Brothers was totally top notch. They were attentive to our needs and were always there for us. Thanks to Leo and Luis with their knowledge and experience, we were able to relax through the processes of buying and selling. They always had our backs and kept us on track. I cannot recommend them and their team highly enough! We will always be grateful."

"Luis was extremely helpful walking us through the entire process on both buying a new home and selling our old home. He was constantly going out of his way to help us out or make himself available on days that worked best for us. We were very fortunate to get him as our real estate agent when we first started looking at houses on Zillow. We highly recommend him to anyone that is looking to buy a house."

"Leo is the ultimate professional. He learns what homebuyers want and finds a way to make things happen. The process was smooth and seamless. He even helped us close quickly when I thought there was no way to make it happen. We’d work with Leo again in a heartbeat. Truly an amazing partner in the home buying process"

"The Calquin brothers have helped us both buy a new home and sell our current home. We have been so happy with the help they have been to us. They have gone above and beyond to make sure everything is going smoothly and quickly on both sides. They were very quick to respond to every question we had. You can tell they really care about their clients and making sure you are happy. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hard working and professional team!"

"Leo was so great to work with. He was always available to help us whenever we had any questions. He was very patient and showed us as many homes as we needed to see until we found our home. He was helpful with any outside contacts we needed. He was very professional, would recommend him to anyone."

"Leo was so patient with us during this house buying process. When we finally made the decision to start looking, Leo immediately sent us listings, met with us and made sure he knew what we were looking for. He was very flexible and dependable. Leo truly held our hand during the whole first time home buyers process and laid it all out. I have no doubts about Leo and can’t recommend him enough! He helped us start building memories in our new home!"

"Luis was amazing helping us through the whole process, start to finish, he always had an answer for all questions we had and always made sure to be as helpful as he could for us. We weren’t expecting to get a house for another year or too but Luis helped us find one that worked and gave us the confidence to move forward with it, we’ll always be thankful for Luis and the help he’s given us"
